Uprzejmie informujemy, że po zakupie produktów w naszej drogerii, masz 14 dni na ich zwrot bez podania przyczyny. Zakupione przez Ciebie przedmioty, które chcesz zwrócić, nie mogą nosić śladów użytkowania.

Jak dokonać zwrotu?

odeślij do nas zakupione produkty, które chcesz zwrócić. Poinformuj nas mailowo (info@sohe.pl) lub telefonicznie o zwrocie. Poprosimy Cię także o numer rachunku bankowego, na które zwrócimy Ci pieniądze w ciągu maksymalnie 10 dni roboczych od otrzymania przesyłki zwrotnej. W przypadku wystąpienia konieczności zwrotu środków za transakcję dokonaną przez klienta kartą płatniczą sprzedający dokonana zwrotu na rachunek bankowy przypisany do karty płatniczej Zamawiającego.

Reklamacje

Sklep jest zobowiązany do dostarczenia Klientom sprzedawanych rzeczy bez wad fizycznych i prawnych (rękojmia). W przypadku wadliwości nabytych towarów Klientom przysługują uprawnienia przewidziane w ustawie z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny (Dz.U. z 2014 r. poz. 121 z późn. zm.), w szczególności w części odnoszącej się do rękojmi (art. 556 i nast.).

Co powinna zawierać reklamacja?

Prawidłowo złożona reklamacja powinna zawierać dane kontaktowe kupującego, informacje o rodzaju wad i dacie ich stwierdzenia, żądanie Klienta, oraz potwierdzenie dokonania zakupu reklamowanego towaru w Sklepie. 

POBIERZ WZÓR REKLAMACJI:

Powyższa treść reklamacji ma formę zalecenia, a reklamacje o innej treści również będą rozpatrywane przez Sprzedawcę. 

O czym należy pamiętać?

Jeśli do rozpoznania reklamacji konieczne okaże się zapoznanie się przez Sprzedawcę ze sprzedaną rzeczą, Klient, który wykonuje uprawnienia z tytułu rękojmi, będzie zobowiązany na koszt Sprzedawcy dostarczyć rzecz do miejsca oznaczonego w umowie sprzedaży, a gdy takiego miejsca nie określono w umowie - do miejsca, w którym rzecz została wydana Klientowi.

Jeżeli ze względu na rodzaj rzeczy lub sposób jej zamontowania dostarczenie rzeczy przez Klienta byłoby nadmiernie utrudnione, Klient obowiązany jest udostępnić rzecz Sprzedawcy w miejscu, w którym rzecz się znajduje. 

Kiedy otrzymam odpowiedź na reklamację?

Sklep ustosunkuje się do reklamacji Klienta w terminie do 14 dni.
Obsługa Sklepu może się z Państwem kontaktować w celu jak najlepszego rozwiązania sprawy reklamacji.

UWAGA

Sklep nie udziela odrębnej gwarancji na sprzedawane produkty (niektóre produkty mogą być objęte gwarancją ich producenta), jak również nie świadczy usług posprzedażowych.

We would like to inform you that after purchasing products in our drugstore, you have 14 days for the first return without giving a reason. Items you have bought that you want to return can never bear traces of use.

send us the purchased products that you want to return. Please let us know by email (info@sohe.pl) or by phone  about the return. We will also ask you for a bank account, to which we will refund your money within a maximum of 10 working days after receiving the return shipment.

Complaints

The store is required to provide the client with a volume of items sold without physical or legal defects (warranty). In the case of defects in the purchased goods, the Client has the rights provided for in the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, Item, 121 with subsequent amendments), in particular in the part referring to the warranty ( Article 556 et seq.).

What should the complaint contain?

A properly submitted complaint should contain the buyer's contact details, information about the type of defects and date and statements, customer's request, and confirmation of the purchase of the product in question in the store.

If it is necessary to recognize the complaint by the Seller, the client who exercises the warranty entitlement will be obliged to deliver the item to the place indicated in the sales contract at the expense of the Seller, and if such place was never specified in the contract - to the place in which item was issued to the Customer.

If due to the type of thing or the method of its installation, delivery of things by the customer would be excessively difficult, the client is obliged to provide the item to the Seller in the place where the item is located.
When will I receive a response to a complaint?

The shop will address customer complaints within a term of up to 14 days.
Store staff can contact you in order to provide the best possible solution to your complaint.

ATTENTION

The Shop never gives a separate warranty for the products sold (some products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty) and also does not provide after-sales services.

Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass Sie nach dem Kauf von Produkten in unserer Apotheke 14 Tage für die erste Rücksendung ohne Angabe von Gründen haben. Gegenstände, die Sie gekauft haben und die Sie zurückgeben möchten, können niemals Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen.

schickt uns die gekauften Produkte, die Sie zurückgeben möchten. Bitte teilen Sie uns per E-Mail (info@sohe.pl) oder telefonisch die Rückgabe mit. Wir werden Sie auch nach einem Bankkonto fragen, auf das wir Ihr Geld innerhalb von maximal 10 Werktagen nach Erhalt der Rücksendung erstatten.

Beschwerden

Das Geschäft muss dem Kunden ein Volumen an verkauften Artikeln ohne physische oder rechtliche Mängel (Gewährleistung) zur Verfügung stellen. Im Falle von Mängeln an der gekauften Ware hat der Kunde die Rechte, die im Gesetz vom 23. April 1964 Zivilgesetzbuch (Journal of Laws von 2014, Punkt 121 mit späteren Änderungen) vorgesehen sind, insbesondere in dem Teil, der sich auf die Garantie bezieht ( Artikel 556 ff.).

Was sollte die Beschwerde enthalten?

Eine ordnungsgemäß eingereichte Beschwerde sollte die Kontaktdaten des Käufers, Informationen zu Art der Mängel, Datum und Angaben, Anfrage des Kunden und Bestätigung des Kaufs des betreffenden Produkts im Geschäft enthalten.

Die obige Beschwerde erfolgt in Form einer Empfehlung, und Beschwerden mit abweichendem Inhalt werden auch vom Verkäufer berücksichtigt.
Woran solltest du dich erinnern?

Wenn die Reklamation des Verkäufers anerkannt werden muss, ist der Kunde, der den Gewährleistungsanspruch ausübt, verpflichtet, den Gegenstand an den im Kaufvertrag angegebenen Ort auf Kosten des Verkäufers zu liefern, und wenn dieser Ort niemals im Vertrag angegeben ist - an den Ort in welcher Artikel an den Kunden ausgegeben wurde.

Sollte die Zustellung der Sachen durch den Kunden aufgrund der Art der Sache oder der Art der Installation übermäßig schwierig sein, ist der Kunde verpflichtet, die Sache dem Verkäufer an dem Ort zu liefern, an dem sich die Sache befindet.
Wann bekomme ich eine Antwort auf eine Beschwerde?

Der Shop wird Kundenbeschwerden innerhalb einer Frist von bis zu 14 Tagen bearbeiten.
Das Filialpersonal kann Sie kontaktieren, um Ihre Beschwerde bestmöglich zu lösen.

HINWEIS

Der Shop gibt niemals eine separate Garantie für die verkauften Produkte (einige Produkte können durch die Herstellergarantie abgedeckt sein) und bietet auch keinen Kundendienst an.
