COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

We would like to inform you that after purchasing products in our drugstore, you have 14 days for the first return without giving a reason. Items you have bought that you want to return can never bear traces of use.

How to make a refund?

To the address of Kohash zoo, ul. Turystyczna 32, 20-207 Lublin send us the purchased products that you want to return. Please let us know by email (info@agnescosmetics.com) or by phone (+48 533 35 65 66) about the return. We will also ask you for a bank account, to which we will refund your money within a maximum of 10 working days after receiving the return shipment.

Complaints

The store is required to provide the client with a volume of items sold without physical or legal defects (warranty). In the case of defects in the purchased goods, the Client has the rights provided for in the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, Item, 121 with subsequent amendments), in particular in the part referring to the warranty ( Article 556 et seq.).


How to make a complaint?

What should the complaint contain?

A properly submitted complaint should contain the buyer's contact details, information about the type of defects and date and statements, customer's request, and confirmation of the purchase of the product in question in the store.

If it is necessary to recognize the complaint by the Seller, the client who exercises the warranty entitlement will be obliged to deliver the item to the place indicated in the sales contract at the expense of the Seller, and if such place was never specified in the contract - to the place in which item was issued to the Customer.

If due to the type of thing or the method of its installation, delivery of things by the customer would be excessively difficult, the client is obliged to provide the item to the Seller in the place where the item is located.
When will I receive a response to a complaint?

The shop will address customer complaints within a term of up to 14 days.
Store staff can contact you in order to provide the best possible solution to your complaint.


ATTENTION

The Shop never gives a separate warranty for the products sold (some products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty) and also does not provide after-sales services.
